Shown on the right hand side, you will see there are three sizes in our Office range and eight sizes in our Studio Range (please click to view a larger line drawing). The Office Range comes with the following (as standard) one full glazed residential door, one floor to ceiling fully glazed panel and one picture window.

The Studio range come as standard with one desk/garden view window, one floor to ceiling full glazed panel and last but not least one Set of fabulous Bi-Folding doors to really gain that contemporary feel.

By following the relevant page above you will be able to find the standard specification which we supply for either our Office or Studio Range, but in addition to this all Garden rooms come with a generous overhang and decked area and to compliment this area either blue or white Led lighting.

All Garden rooms as standard are manufactured to come below the all important 2.5 metre height rule which in most cases does not require planning permission. Not forgetting, Bespoke means that you can alter anything to suit your needs from Bi-Folding doors right across the front aspect, more/less full glazed panels or you might even want a different finish on the floor, the choice is yours, you decide...
